Boiled potato in cooker for 1 whistle. Once it is done. Cool it. Transfer to a bowl. Peel the skin of the potatoes and mashed it.
Add maida, sugar, milk powder and green cardamkm.
Mix....well. Knead a smooth dough
From the mixture make into lsncha shape and keep aside
Heat oil or ghee in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Deep fry the lancha till it become brown in colour.
For sugar syrup : In a non stick pan. Add water and sugar. Boil it till the sugar dissolves. Once it is done. Keep asode
Dip the lancha in sugar syrup for 3 minutes. After wards transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped cashew nuts.
Now it is Ready to serve
